Something New for Summer: Our First Liquid Soaps
This summer, we followed a whim — and it turned into something wonderful. What began as a quiet idea to try something new led to two fresh, small-batch liquid soaps that quickly found their way into people’s hands (and homes). We brought them to a recent market, and to our surprise — they sold out!!
Let us introduce you to Fleur and Sorbet.
A New Scent, A New Format
While candles have long been our focus, these soaps felt like a natural extension — something we’ve wanted to explore for a while. We kept it simple, using a gentle liquid soap base that’s enriched with ingredients like aloe, chamomile extract, and glycerin, and it’s been kind to our own hands — even with frequent use.
The very first pour — a little nerve-wracking, but very exciting!
There’s something grounding about trying a new process, especially when it still feels like us. We poured, tested, adjusted, and hand-labeled each bottle right here in our studio.
A Different Look, Still Us
A fresh, seasonal look for summer.
These labels are a little more playful than usual. For this limited release, we let the scents guide the aesthetic — light and botanical for Fleur, soft vintage stripes for Sorbet. A gentle nod to the season and the freedom that comes with trying something just because it feels good.
Meet the Scents
Gardenia, lemon, and vanilla — like a sunlit garden in bloom.
A soft, floral-forward blend grounded in creamy vanilla and brightened with a hint of citrus. Fleur is feminine and light, like fresh petals on warm skin. Balanced, sunny, and subtly sweet.
Rhubarb and cream with a cool, airy twist of white tea.
Sorbet blends tart rhubarb with sweet cream for something a little nostalgic, a little unexpected. Notes of white tea keep it fresh and airy — a playful scent with a delicate finish.
This was our first time releasing a product like this, and your response meant so much. If you picked up a bottle at the market, we’d love to hear what you think — your feedback helps shape what comes next.
And yes — there will be more.... We’re already dreaming up fall! 🍂
