Refund policy

We hope you love your A White Nest pieces as much as we loved creating them. Every item we make is crafted with care—by hand and in small batches—which means no two are exactly alike. Slight variations are a natural part of the process and something we believe adds to their charm.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at awhitenest@gmail.com if you need to make a change.

Damaged Items

While we carefully package every order, accidents during transit can happen. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery at awhitenest@gmail.com. Be sure to include photos of the damaged item in its original shipping box so we can process your refund.

Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns

If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Contact us at awhitenest@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility—we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot issue refunds for items that do not arrive back to us.
