By placing an order with A White Nest, you agree to the following terms:
Product Information
All of our items are made by hand in small batches. Variations in color, texture, and shape are part of what make each piece unique. We do our best to represent each item accurately through our product descriptions and photos.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 4–6 business days unless otherwise noted. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Returns & Cancellations
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. Full return details can be found here.
Pricing & Taxes
All prices are listed in CAD. Applicable provincial taxes are calculated at checkout for Canadian customers.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including photos, product descriptions, and designs—is the property of A White Nest and may not be copied or used without permission.
Use of Products
Our products are intended for personal use only. Please use items (especially candles and ceramics) as directed and with care. A White Nest is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from misuse.
Handmade Variations
Due to the handmade nature of our work, natural imperfections and variations are to be expected. These do not qualify as defects and are not grounds for refunds or exchanges.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A White Nest shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
